MISS UNIVERSE 2018 – International model Janine Tugonon explained why Catriona Gray won the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.
Filipino fashion model Janine Marie Raymundo Tugonon won as Binibining Pilipinas first runner-up last 2011 then crowned as Miss Universe Philippines 2012.
Before joining any pageants, Janine graduated Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Santo Tomas.
Janine currently resides in the United States where she is working as a model and endorser for famous clothing brands.
JanineTugonon is one of Catriona Gray’s supporters on her Miss Universe 2018 competition last December 17 in Thailand.
She is considered one of the beauty pageant experts who predicted her triumph for the prestigious pageant.
Based on a report from PEP, Janine Tugonon expressed that newly hailed Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray has been the most prepared representative the Philippines has ever sent.
After the Catriona was declared the winner, Janine took to the social media to explain why the Filipina candidate won.
According to the report, Janine Tugonon also congratulated her fellow beauty queen Catriona Gray’s on her Instagram account.
On Janine’s Instagram Story, she posted successive post about the 67th Miss Universe 2018pageant including the Pinay candidate. One of her post, she called Catriona as “Gorge”or gorgeous.
Based on the report, Janine Tugonon admired Catriona Gray’s answers during the question and answer segment.
In the caption of the photo, she wrote: “And proud of how @catriona_gray answers genuinely with intellect, confidence, and heart. MOST PREPARED MISS PHILIPPINES WE’VE EVER SENT”
Aside from Janine Tugonon, there are a lot of Filipino or even foreigners like Dayanara Torres and Tyra Banks who admired the whole performance of the new Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
