TAWAG NG TANGHALAN – The Tawag ng Tanghalan December 10 winner is the new defending champion from Luzon Rose Ganda Sanz.
Tawag Ng Tanghalan is aired in the noontime show Its Showtime which is now on its third year and a singing competition for the amateur singers. The known champions from TNT were Noven Belleza, Jhon Clyd Talili, and Janine Berdin for the first year, kids edition, and second year respectively.
For today, the daily contenders respectively from the Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao were Rose Ganda Sanz, Angelo Tabaosares, and Jay-Ar Delos Reyes. They have respectively sung the songs How Could An Angel Break My Heart, Counting stars, and Ikaw Sana.
Out of three daily contenders, the contestant from Luzon won with an average score of 93.2% and will be facing the three-time Luzon defending champion Kevin Traquena.
During the final round called the “Tapatan”, the daily contender sang “At Last” and the defending champion performed “You Were There“.
With an average score of 94%, the daily winner was hailed as today’s defending champion and will return tomorrow to defend her title and the “golden mikropono”.
The judges for today were Jaya, Karylle, Mitoy, Jed Madela, and “Punong Hurado” Gary Valenciano
