On Tonight With Boy Abunda Show, Regine Velasquez Admits to Being Boastful Years Ago
REGINE VELASQUEZ – Singer Regine Velasquez admitted that she’s being boastful years ago during her interview on the Tonight With Boy Abunda show.
Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez new journey on the ABS-CBN network made a lot of people excited on what show we’ll be able to see her.
Following a previous article, she will be anticipated to sing for the upcoming series The General’s Daughter, Christmas Station ID, ASAP and the singing show Idol Philippines.

One of the talk shows of the Kapamilya network, Tonight With Boy Abunda, got to interview the Asia’s Songbird. The singer confessed that she became too proud of herself back then.
Velasquez recalled that it was 2015 when she celebrated her 25th anniversary in show business and she entirely lost her beautiful voice during that concert.
Regine Velasquez expressed that she just wanted to prove everyone that she’s still good as she was before. She said she became too confident and decided to sing the hardest songs on that concert.
“I completely lost my voice… I’ve never experienced that… You know what I realized kase? During that time, ang yabang ko eh… I wanted kasi to prove to everyone that I still have it,” she said.
Regine Velasquez admitted that her experience at that concert taught her a very important lesson. She just later realize she was there to give her appreciation to the people who supported her throughout her career.
“I think I forgot the reason why I was celebrating my 25th year… I thought I was there to prove to everyone that hey I can still sing… Hindi ko nakuha yung the point of celebrating my 25th year,” she added.
Regine’s concert became very remarkable for her because it is when she finally figured that her fans didn’t leave her during that tough time.
