KUALA LUMPUR MAJOR – The DOTA 2 Tournament Season 2018-2019 “The Kuala Lumpur Major” officially started.

Undeniably, thousands of people are hooked in playing the video game DOTA 2 around the world. Players come from different walks of life and some have even taken it to the next level from having it as a mere past time.

Some DOTA 2 players join international competitions just like “The Kuala Lumpur Major” which is the 6th overall Major of the PGL, a Romanian esports events organizer.

For the first Major of the 2018-2019 season, 16 teams from across the world will compete for the monetary reward of $1,000,000 USD.

According to Liquipedia, the 16 teams joining “The Kuala Lumpur Major” will also vie for the DPC points for the upcoming The International 2019.

The 16 teams that will compete to be the champion of the international DOTA 2 event come from Europe, China, North America, CIS, Southeast Asia, and South America.
