Malacañang Palace has finally issued the list of Philippine Holidays 2019 including the regular holidays and special non-working days.

Most Filipino people love long weekends and holidays, wherein they can spend more time with their family, friends, and loved ones.

Good news for every Filipino, Malacañang Palace has already released the list of holidays for the year 2019 approved by the president.

The Proclamation No. 555 signed by President Rodrigo Duterte declaring the regular holidays and special non-working days next year.

The Palace released the list of holidays in the country for 2019:

Regular Holidays:

January 1, 2019 – New Year’s Day (Tuesday)
April 9, 2019 – Araw ng Kagitingan (Tuesday)
April 18, 2019 – Maundy Thursday
April 19, 2019 – Good Friday
May 1, 2019 – Labor Day (Wednesday)
June 12, 2019 – Independence Day (Wednesday)
August 26, 2019 – National Heroes’ Day (last Monday of August)
November 30, 2019 – Bonifacio Day (Saturday)
December 25, 2019 – Christmas Day (Wednesday)
December 30, 2019 – Rizal Day (Monday)

Special Non-working days:

February 5, 2019 – Chinese New Year (Tuesday)
February 25, 2019 – EDSA Revolution Anniversary (Monday)
April 20, 2019 – Black Saturday
August 21, 2019 – Ninoy Aquino Day (Wednesday)
November 1, 2019 – All Saints’ Day (Friday)
December 8, 2019 – Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary (Sunday)
December 31, 2019 – last day of the year (Tuesday)

Additional special non-working holidays:

November 2, 2019, (Saturday )
December 24, 2019 (Tuesday)

However, the Palace was yet to release a proclamation declaring Eid’l Fitr and Eid’l Adha as national holidays since the Islamic dates are still to be determined.
