Bacolod-Silay Airport Runway Temporarily Closed For Emergency Exercises, Acoording To CAAP
BACOLOD-SILAY AIRPORT – On Friday (November 9), the Bacolod-Silay Airport will temporarily close runway 03/21 for emergency exercises.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines yet added another notice, with the first one being a list of cancelled domestic and international flights, in which you will check here.
A report from ABS-CBN said that the airmen were notified of the closure. This is to give way to an emergency exercise. The runway will be closed from 8AM in the morning to noon.
As per the report, this was coordinated with airlines. CAAP further said that passengers are encouraged to contact their carriers for schedules.
