Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire Claims WBA Bantamweight Title In A Fight Against Burnett
THE FILIPINO FLASH – The World Boxing Association recently announced Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire the new WBA Bantamweight super champion.
Months ago, Donaire, along with his wife, opened a new restaurant in San Diego called “Dominic’s Table“, which offers a variety of international menus to choose from.
The restaurant’s menu includes sushi, Italian, Korean, Filipino, and different types of foods for their customers to try and taste.
Recently, he had a boxing match against Irish boxer Ryan Burnett, who was the current WBA bantamweight champion.
An article from GMA News said that Burnett suffered a back injury in the third round so bad that he told his coach that he cannot land a throw, thus losing his chance to defeat Donaire.
Donaire even checked on Burnett before he was taken to the stretcher.

First off, I want to acknowledge and thank God and my Archangels for everything they put before me tonight. 🙏 Next I would like to send prayers of healing to Ryan Burnett and thank him for sharing the ring with me. I know he’ll heal up and be back in the ring soon! pic.twitter.com/cJoOulLnVW
