Video Footage Of Alleged Irregularities At SM Bacoor Raffle Draw Goes Viral
A concerned netizen has shared the video footage of the alleged irregularities happened during a raffle draw at SM Bacoor.
Recently, a Facebook user named Norman Sañez Ramirez has shared the video clip of the raffle draw at SM Bacoor and found some irregularities during the event.
In the video, it can be tasked that one mall employee was tasked to pick a ticket from the container.
The mall employee uses his right hand to mix all the tickets to ensure all the ticket holders have an equal chance of winning.
However, the mall staff placed his left hand inside its pocket while mixing the ticket and preparing to pick the ticket of the lucky winner.
Unfortunately, a piece of paper dropped from the pocket of the mall employee while mixing the raffle tickets.
The online community noticed that the man performed irregularities while performing the raffle draw.
