Ex-PBB Housemate Saicy Aguila asked help from Raffy Tulfo for her complaint against developer of her condo unit
Former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate Saicy Aguila complained against the developer of the condo unit she owns.
According to Saicy, she finished paying for the unit four years ago to New San Jose Builders Inc. However, the developer has not given the title to her.
The dancer asked help from Raffy Tulfo in his radio program.
During the program, the host had a phone patched with Atty. Marino Torres from the NCR Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
Tulfo said that there are so many complaints against the said developer because his co-host Niña Taduran also experienced the same.

It was said that New San Jose Builders Inc. is not giving the titles of the properties that their clients already paid.
Atty. Torres said that complainants should write a letter addressed to their office with the complaint details.
Then, the HLRUB will conduct a conference with the complainants and the developer to address this issue.

If the developer will not show up, Torres said that a verified complaint can be filed to their office.
Saicy Aguila said that she already went to HLRUB office on the previous week. On the other hand, she was also told to ask help to Tulfo for faster action.
The dancer from Bacolod City joined the Pinoy Big Brother Season 2 which was launched on February 2007. She now works as a Zumba instructor.
