Church Founder Apollo Quiboloy Reportedly Accused Before a Court in Hawaii
APOLLO QUIBOLOY – Founder of the church called the Kingdom of Jesus Christ Apollo Quiboloy is reportedly accused before a court in Hawaii.
Most especially in the field of religion, Apollo Quiboloy is known to many people. He is the founder of the church called the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, The Name Above Every Name, Inc.
It was in 1985 when the Davao-born evangelist found his church. He has also claimed that he is “The Appointed Son of God”. Because of it, he has gained criticisms from other people.
In February 2018, many people were surprised about what reportedly happened to Apollo Quiboloy in Hawaii. Reports state that Quiboloy was arrested in Hawaii due to the money that he had with him in his private plane.
Recently, another report has brought surprise to many people. Based on a report on PhilStar, Quiboloy stands accused of running a “child sex ring”.
Citing the news from Hawaii News Now which is based in Honolulu, it was Kristina Angeles who was also a member of the church founded by Quiboloy before who is accusing the evangelist.
According to the report, Deputy Public Defender Grant Giventer wrote the memorandum entailing the accusation against Apollo Quiboloy.
Giventer stated that if the matter goes to trial, he is confident that the complainant will have the credibility once the jury learns the alleged act of the pastor to “Angeles and other unwilling minors”.
Based on the report, Kristina Angeles also stands accused of “sexual harassment” in Hawaii.
On the part of Apollo Quiboloy, Michael Green, the lawyer of his church, put down the accusation against the pastor as a way of diverting.
