Lady Resident Throwing Garbage In Floodwaters Caught On Camera
The video footage of a lady resident throwing garbage in floodwaters garnered criticisms and negative feedbacks from the online community.
Nowadays, the massive flooding in various parts of the country has been one of the major problems of the Philippine government.
The improper waste disposal is one of the major factors of flooding causing inconvenience to the residents.
Recently, a Facebook user named De Vera Toto has uploaded the video footage of a lady resident and her male colleague throwing their garbage in floodwaters.
In the video, it can be seen that the old woman was throwing garbage in floodwaters and followed by a young man who also disposed its waste improperly.
