Rice Hoarding in Binondo Warehouse Worth 300 Million Pesos Was Discovered
RICE HOARDING – A hidden stockpile of rice worth 300 million pesos, hoarded by a businessman was discovered on a warehouse in Binondo.
In the recent rice shortage issue of the country where President Rodrigo Duterte disclosed that those people who are under the influence of drugs who were skipping meals before are regularly eating now after rehabilitation.
He humorously expressed that the rice shortage is a positive reaction regarding his campaign against drugs.
Meanwhile, a video posted by Greco Belgica, a politician, and a TV host, is quite a head turner.

Based on a report from ABS-CBN, Greco Belgica is also a spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC). He is a member of the anti-corruption body.
Based on a report from Inquirer, proclaimed by Emmanuel Piñol, the Department of Agriculture Secretary, the Philippines is not currently experiencing a rice shortage.
On the other hand, Mr. Greco Belgica’s vlog might be the answer to the speculations thrown recently at the President. This revelation might be one of the reasons for the believed rice shortage.
Police officers from Binondo discovered a warehouse keeping a numerous sack of rice. It was hidden there by an unnamed businessman.
On Belgica’s Facebook vlog, he discussed the rice hoarding he witnessed in Binondo. He described how a massive pile of sacks was just kept hidden inside the warehouse while the country is suffering from the increased price of rice.
He expressed that corruption is the main reason behind the unreasonable price hike.
“Meron daw rice shortage pero eto ang dami-dami namang bigas. Kulay dilaw pa!,” he added.

Greco Belgica expressed that rice shortage could cause his fellow countrymen to be furious for it is the main food that is served on the tables of the Filipinos. He wants corrupt politicians to be out from their position in the government.
