PLDT Customer Care Employee’s Behavior Elicits Rant From Jasmine Curtis
JASMIN CURTIS – Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith posted a rant about the behavior of a PLDT customer care employee on social media.
Just like the ordinary people, there are also times when celebrities face inevitable concerns such as poor internet connection. There are also cases when they have to be the one to call for its solution like what happened to Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
The Baka Bukas actress, through a series of social media posts, claimed that her internet and phone do not work so she called the telecommunications company Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company or PLDT for assistance.
However, based on the posts of the actress, Jasmine Curtis-Smith was disappointed by the behavior of the PLDT customer care employee. She took to the social media a rant about such alleged behavior.

Jasmine Curtis-Smith claimed that the PLDT customer care employee announced to the other employees in the office that she is on the phone. The actress raised a question confirming that it is an act of disclosing the customer’s private information.
According to her, she asked the name of the employee who is Austin. However, the employee allegedly declined to give his last name. The actress stressed that the employee shouted her complete name in the office.

Jasmine Curtis-Smith stressed that she has promised herself not to rant on social media but she believes that it should not be kept to herself.
