Netizens were quick to create memes and funny posts on social media about the chitchat of President Rodrigo Duterte with chief legal counsel Sal Panelo.
Many Filipinos had confusion regarding the said event which was initially tagged as the “address” of the President to his countrymen.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque clarified it that it would still happen but with a different format.
