Watch and enjoy the live streaming of the nation address of President Duterte, which was set today in the Malacañang Palace.
On Monday (September 10, 2018), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that President Duterte announced that he wanted to speak to the Filipino people on Tuesday (September 11 – 3 PM).
However, the spokesperson himself have no idea on what Mr. Duterte would discuss as he addresses the public.
“He announced in Davao that he wants to speak to the nation and if I’m not mistaken, it is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon,” Roque said.
