Chito Miranda cried in front of the cast of ‘Huling El Bimbo’ because of this reason
Parokya ni Edgar lead vocalist Chito Miranda was not able to hold back his tears in front of the cast of ‘Huling El Bimbo’.
It was a play based on the songs of Pinoy rock icon Eraserheads and as a huge fan of the band, Chito eagerly shared his experience.
On his recent Instagram post, he shared that he watched the play with his wife celebrity mom Neri Naig-Miranda.
“Nood muna ng El Bimbo bago umuwi hehe! Alam ng mga nakakakilala sa akin kung gaano ako kalaking fan ng Eheads, mula Ultra hanggang Carbon, kaya hindi ko pwede palampasin ‘to hehe!” Chito shared.

Following this, he shared what he felt about the play. According to Chito, he had a chance to meet the cast of ‘Huling El Bimbo’ back stage. He went emotional in front of them as he said that he was really blown away.
“With Huling El Bimbo, buong show, mula simula hanggang dulo, nakangiti, kinikilabutan, at naiiyak ako buong time, not just because I’m a huge Eheads fan, but because of how their songs were used, and how they were sung by the artists, kasabay ng kwento,” the band vocalist said.
He also shared that his wife was crying on and off the entire show.
At the back stage, Chito Miranda said that he cried as he hugged the cast of the play.
“Dun ako naiyak nung niyakap ko sila, bilang pasasalamat sa napaka-gandang experience,” he shared.
Aside from being an avid fan of Ely Buendia’s band, the vocalist also related that the fact that the cast brought a remarkable experience to him and his wife made him emotional.
He added that the entire play showcased the Filipino talent.
