Filipino-American Doctor Jennifer Zimmerman Wins Democratic Primary To Face Gaetz In November For One Seat

JENNIFER ZIMMERMAN – Fil-Am Jennifer Zimmerman takes the lead by 20 points against rivals and wins the democratic primary.

Jennifer Zimmerman, also known by the community as Dr.Z, according to her official website, is a pediatrician for nearly two decades. Her father was a guerilla fighter then eventually became a POW (Prisoner of War) during WWII; while her mother was forced to live the life of a housewife by her father.

Jennifer is the eldest of the six children, received a full academic scholarship to attend the University of the Philippines, where she majored in Zoology.

As per her website, she migrated to the US, which was 25 years ago then moved in to Florida in 1997, which was 5 years after her migration. This is where she practiced medicine in Palatka, Crestview, and Fort Walton Beach.

In a recent report in WearTV, Zimmerman defeated Phil Ehr by more than 20 points in the democratic primary. She is about to face Matt Gaetz, who won the Republic primary against , in the one seat in Florida congressional district.

Zimmerman said that what she will bring to the table is better healthcare, public education and a cleaner environment for citizens across Northwest Florida.

In an interview, Jennifer said that the one thing that she learned is that people actually listen to your truths. She further added that if you speak from the heart and you speak the truth people will appreciate that and for her, that is what her campaign was based on.

As per the report, she said that she is already prepared for her battle against Congressman Matt Gaetz.
