DOJ Orders 5-Minute Girl To Answer MMDA Complaint

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has ordered 5-minute girl, the arrogant prosecutor on viral video to answer the complaint of MMDA.

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said that Christine Villamora Estepa was ordered to answer the charges filed by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

Estepa, who is a DOJ prosecutor is now facing an administrative complaint filed by MMDA due to an altercation with traffic enforcers.

“We asked prosecutor Estepa to comment on the MMDA complaint, similar to a show-cause order. She will submit shortly,” Guevarra said quoted by Philstar.

Guevarra also explained that DOJ would determine whether the complaint should be pursued or dismissed following Estepa’s reply.

Christine Estepa or known as 5-minute girl has been the headlines of several local news outlets and social media pages over the last few weeks after arguing with MMDA over her illegal parking violation.

MMDA supervising operations officer Bong Nebrija has filed charges against the DOJ prosecutor asking for the revocation of her license.

Nebrija explained that Estepa shouted and even hit the motorcycle of an MMDA enforcer who apprehended the rude lady for illegal parking.
