Undeniably, Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina is one of the best filmmakers in the Philippine showbiz industry. She is one of those behind several hit movies that gathered the people in cinemas nationwide.
The list of hit movies includes One More Chance, A Very Special Love, You Changed My Life, and A Second Chance. She has worked with several great actors and actresses including John Lloyd Cruz.
Direk Cathy Molina and John Lloyd Cruz are undeniably close to each other. They have worked together in One More Chance, Close to You, A Very Special Love, You Changed My Life, and Miss You Like Crazy.
Furthermore, they also worked together in the movies My Amnesia Girl, Unofficially Yours, It Takes a Man and a Woman, A Second Chance, and Just the 3 of Us. The filmmaker is one of those who greatly miss the actor.
John Lloyd has yet to return to his showbiz career. She is often spotted with his actress girlfriend Ellen Adarna who reportedly gave birth last June. It was in the later part of 2017 when he decided to take an indefinite leave.

Recently, in an interview with PhilStar, Direk Cathy-Molina spoke about her last five films before she takes a break from work.
According to the blockbuster filmmaker, she still has three films to do. She previously worked with Gerald Anderson and Pia Wurtzbach in My Perfect You. She also worked with Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in The Hows of Us.

Based on the report, Direk Cathy will be working with Sharon Cuneta, Richard Gomez, and Kathryn in one movie. She has also promised to work with Piolo Pascual in a film.
“‘Yung isa ang hindi ko pa alam. Of course I’m hoping na I’ll do it with John Lloyd, but I don’t know if he’s ready,” she said.
Direk Cathy Molina added all she knows now is that John Lloyd Cruz is living a happy life. According to her, she is also on her way to a happy life. She stressed that she always respect the decision of Lloydie on where he is happy.
Meanwhile, based on the report, the filmmaker thinks that Lloydie just needs a rest. She expressed that the actor is just there.
“Siguro kailangan lang niya magpahinga, parang ako. Hindi ko naman totally iiwan ang industriya,” she said.
According to her, she misses him so much as a friend but she is very happy that he is happy.
