NAIA Passenger Complains About Her Damaged Luggage Allegedly Mishandled By Airport Personnel
NAIA passenger complained about her ruined and damaged luggage after allegedly mishandled by airport staff and personnel.
Over the past few years, several passengers have expressed their disappointment and anger towards Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) over missing items and opened luggage.
Some passengers were able to recover the missing items but there are some who were not able to retrieve their belongings.
Recently, a NAIA passenger named Ruschell Yamaguchi has shared her ‘Bukas Bagahe’ experience on Facebook after she discovered her luggage was opened and already damaged.
Yamaguchi complains about the alleged anomaly of NAIA staff and personnel assigned in handling her luggage.
Ruschell revealed that two out of her six luggages were opened and damaged; the pink baggage zipper was open while the navy blue bag has a huge crack.
Luckily, there are no items or valuable things were stolen or missing although the luggages were opened.
However, the passenger was still disappointed by the incident and explained that the passenger’s luggage should be handled with care.
“May nawala man or wala, di ka matutuwa na ganyan ang bagahe mong lalabas, dalawa wasak!” Yamaguchi said.
