The Marikina people were recently caught on video which eventually went viral wildly fighting over delivered relief goods showing no discipline.
In times of disaster, one remarkable trait of every Filipino is finding positivity at such situations for them to be still able to smile. They are not letting themselves get drown in their miserable situation.
And this trait has been attested when the strongest typhoon ever recorded hit the country but the Filipino men were able to survive with the same curve of a smile plastered on their faces.
Another is the passion of every Filipino to help their fellow at times like this.
Helpfulness of every Pinoy is the reason why those who are affected remained strong for they know that they can always count on someone they either know or not.
The Philippines has recently got hit by Habagat and several low pressures causing heavy floods.
One place which was deeply affected is the Marikina City to which the water level of its river already reached an alarming stage.
According to a report from the Inquirer, there were at least 14,768 persons and 3,321 families affected who were evacuated by the city government as of Tuesday morning.
Relief and rehabilitation operations have been conducted in Marikina.
However, a certain video has recently gone viral after the people wildly fought over the relief goods sent to them.

The clip was particularly taken at Purok 5 covered court based on a Facebook post of Jovenmai Santos.
