ABS-CBN Reveals Release Date of Meteor Garden 2018 in PH
METEOR GARDEN 2018 – The ABS-CBN network recently revealed the release date of the new Asianovela Meteor Garden 2018.
Taiwanese drama Meteor Garden which aired in 2001 is undeniably one of those television series that did not only hook thousands of viewers in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and Thailand but as well as in the Philippines. It was in 2003 when it aired in PH.
The characters of the TV series were Dong Shan Cai played by Barbie Shu, Dao Ming Si played by Jerry Yan, Hua Ze Lei played by Vic Zhou, Xi Men played by Ken Chu, and Mei Zuo played by Vanness Wu.
Dao Ming Si, Hua Ze Lei, Xi Men, and Mei Zuo are known as the F4. The TV series became a hit in the Philippines and the casts were even invited to do a concert and do certain product endorsements.
In July 2007, Meteor Garden was broadcasted on GMA channel and it was shown again on Philippine television in March 2014.
Recently, many of the avid viewers of Meteor Garden and other Asianovela’s were left excited by the remake of the said TV series. The Meteor Garden 2018 is currently airing in China and it will also be shown on Philippine TV.
Based on a report on Pep, the Meteor Garden 2018 is top-billed by Shen Yue (Shan Cai), Dylan Wang (Dao Ming Si), Darren Chen (Hua Ze Lei), Connor Leong (Mei Zuo), and Caesar Wu (Xi Men).
Recently, ABS-CBN released a Tagalog-dubbed trailer of Meteor Garden 2018. Through it, the network announced that it will be shown on Philippine TV on August 20, 2018.
