The State of the Nation Address (SONA) is an annual address by the President of the Philippines to a joint session of the Congress of the Philippines.
SONA is delivered every fourth Monday of July at the Plenary Session Hall of the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.
On Monday (July 23, 2018), President Duterte will deliver his third SONA, which was reported will only last for 35 minutes but might take longer as Congress discusses the Bangsamoro Basic Law before the event.
