Kiana Valenciano Gives Advice to People Dealing with Something
KIANA VALENCIANO – Singer Kiana Valenciano admitted that she is also one of those who have experienced depression.
Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano and his wife Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano have three undeniably very talented children – Gabriel “Gab” Valenciano, Paolo Valenciano, and their only daughter, Kiana Valenciano.
All of their three children are into singing. Gab is a dancer-singer while Paolo is the lead vocalist of the band Salamin. Kiana is also a singer and songwriter. Based on a report, she is currently in a relationship with fellow singer Sam Concepcion.
However, their celebrity status and busy lives have not spared Kiana Valenciano from depression. That is what the model-singer recently admitted in a social media post.

According to Kiana Valenciano, 2016 was a really “heavy year” for her as she was dealing with anxiety and depression and she reached the point wherein she was already hurting herself. A friend of her pointed out her scars and scratches at the back of her neck.
“I realised I was lost and needed help. 2 years later, with the combined help of God, my family, amazing friends, and Sam, I’m able to deal with my anxiety in a healthier way,” she stated.
In her social media post, Kiana Valenciano stated an advice that those who are going through something should not be afraid to let people in and let their loved ones love them.
