Director Joyce Bernal Offers Free Service For President Duterte’s Third SONA
The award-winning Director Joyce Bernal provides free service in directing the third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte.
On July 23, 2018 (Monday), President Duterte will have his third SONA making the high-ranking officials under his administration busy for all the necessary preparations.
The two previous SONA of Mr. Duterte is quite simple and ordinary with the help of popular personalities like Brillante Mendoza.
Mendoza, an international award-winning director has directed the speech of the president during the previous SONA.
Recently, Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Martin Andanar said that Malacañang Palace could less on the Duterte’s third SONA.
Andanar revealed that award-winning Director Joyce Bernal offered her service for the third SONA free of charge.
The Palace and Bernal would not have a contract to sign since the service is free.
Previously, Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said that the Palace is already preparing the contract for Bernal.
