Boy Asks For Coins, Recites Philippine Constitution

PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION – A boy named Gerald Tamayo wanders the streets and recites the Philippine Constitution in return for coins.

Undeniably, we must bear fruit to what we learn from school. In order to do that, the school gave us projects to make. Through these, we will determine if they are able to apply the knowledge and skills that are given to them.

These projects are also valuable as these will help the students pass. After all, it is required. That being said, there are those that would protect their works.

Like this student who, according to the report, despite the rain, covers her papers in cardboard.

But what if, before the project even started, you have no money to buy the required materials?

There are possible ways to earn money. One of which is asking. This is the situation in which a student asks for “barya” (coins). In return, he recites the whole 1987 Philippine Constitution.

A Facebook post named “Matalinong Matsing” recently posted 3 videos of the student, 2 of which he is reciting the constitution.

According to the post, he is a UST scholar and wishes to become a lawyer. He will use his earnings to buy materials for his projects. The video received about 150 shares and about 190 reactions as of the moment.

Furthermore, some comments asked certain shows like KMJS to help the boy. Here are some of the comments:

Elgnij Flux: “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (One at Heart, Jessica Soho) i-KMJS na yan..”

Janet Acebedo: “#KMJS”

Nerry Ortigas: “This boy deserve to be scholar Any good samaritan can help him”
