Flood Water Heavily Enters Man’s House
FLOOD WATER – A video of a man acting like he is in a swimming pool after the flood water heavily entered their house crossed the social media.
Undeniably, there are several areas in the Philippines that are prone to flood – especially those that are near the rivers. When rain continues for days, there is really a tendency that flood will occur thus residents have to evacuate for their safety.
In cases like that, some people could not resist worrying and there are even those who can’t keep themselves from shedding tears. On the other side, there are people who take situations like that lightly – just like the man in a viral video on Facebook.
Netizen ‘Jobbee Jugueta Bautista’ recently took to her social media account a video showing the flood water having entered a certain house. Instead of worrying or leaving the area, the man in the video could be seen enjoying like he is in a swimming pool.
It is visible in the video that he is in the kitchen area of the house. He kept on dipping his body on the flood water.
The video caught the attention of netizens on the social media. As of the writing, it has racked up more than four million views and seventy-eight thousand shares.
In some of the comments to the post, several netizens warned the man from soaking his body on the flood water as it might get him Leptospirosis. The Department of Health, based on a report, has previously expressed warnings to the public after outbreaks were declared in certain areas in the Philippines.
