Civil Service Exam Applicants May Check Their School/Room Assignments Online
CIVIL SERVICE EXAM – The applicants for the August 2018 Civil Service Exam may check their school or room assignments online through the Online Notice of School Assignment or ONSA.
The Civil Service Commission set March 18, 2018 and August 12, 2018 as the dates for the Civil Service Exam Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) to be administered in NCR, CAR, CARAGA, ARMM, and in all the regional testing centers around the Philippines.
The results for the March 2018 CSE-PPT was released on April 3, 2018. Based on a report, the commission has set April 10, 2018 as the start of the application for the August 2018 CSE-PPT. The last day of application was on June 22, 2018.
A few weeks before the Civil Service Exam would be administered, the Commission will be releasing the school or room assignments for the applicants.
For those who want to check their school or room assignment online, you may visit the official website of the Civil Service Commission for the Online Notice of School Assignment or ONSA.

Professional Level (Prof) – In English and Filipino
- Numerical Ability (Basic Operations; Word Problems)
- Analytical Ability (Word Association – identifying assumptions and conclusions; Logic; Data Interpretation)
- Verbal Ability (Grammar and Correct Usage; Vocabulary; Paragraph Organization; Reading Comprehension)
SubProfessional Level (SubProf) – In English and Filipino
- Numerical Ability (Basic Operations; Word Problems)
- Clerical Ability (Filing; Spelling)
- Verbal Ability (Grammar and Correct Usage; Vocabulary; Paragraph Organization; Reading Comprehension)
The results of the August 2018 Civil Service Exam is targeted to be released by the Civil Service Commission 60 days after the exam was administered.
