Lani Misalucha Recalls Encounter With Joe Jackson
LANI MISALUCHA – Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha recalled her encounter with the late Joseph Walter ‘Joe’ Jackson.
King of Pop Michael Jackson’s father Joe Jackson recently passed away. Based on a report, the elder Jackson already had a barely detectable pulse when his personal physician found him in his home at North Carolwood Drive in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles.
Authorities believed that it was natural death for the 89-year-old patriarch of the Jackson family. Meanwhile, the circumstances surrounding the death of Joe are being investigated.
Joe Jackson was the man behind the famous Jackson 5. He is the father of Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael. His children could attest to his strictness but it has definitely helped them bring out their talents that helped them rose to fame.
Among the Filipinos who have encountered Joe Jackson in person is Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha. She is undeniably one of the Filipino singers who are not only prominent and in-demand in the Philippines but as well as abroad.
Based on a report on Bandera, Lani recalled that when she still has a residency as a performer in Las Vegas, the patriarch of the Jackson family was always there to watch her show and appreciate her performance.
According to the Pinay singer, she even had the chance to talk to Joe who told her that he wants Michael to see her show. However, it did not happen as the King of Pop passed away.
“Tapos heto nga, nabalitaan ko that Joe has also passed away. May his soul rest in peace,” she said.
Based on the report, Lani Misalucha also shared that she and Joe Jackson have a photo together and she would find it so she can post it. The Pinay singer described the Jackson patriarch as a “very nice man” who really appreciates good music.
