Travel Agency Ruins Family’s Vacation To Calaguas In Camarines Norte
A certain travel agency allegedly ruined a family’s exclusive vacation to Calaguas in Camarines Norte for a supposed fun-filled trip.
This summer, most people love to enjoy this season having a vacation with their family and friends enjoying the summer heat.
Off course, tourists and vacationists would also need to spend a certain amount of cash for the expenses during their trip.
Recently, a Facebook user named Paulyne Erica David booked an ‘exclusive’ 2D1N package tour for 12 people to Calaguas in Camarines Norte for a vacation trip.
The family paid over P25, 000 for the exclusive trip and even paid an additional fee for an extra tent since the package only includes 3 tents.
However, David shared how their supposed fun-filled trip was allegedly ruined by Travel Galore because of their poor quality of service.
The vacationists were supposed to be picked up around 10 pm at SM North EDSA but the driver makes them wait for 2 hours. They paid for a van for their exclusive trip but had to share it with the two female companion of the driver.
The family’s supposed 8-hour trip turned into a 19-hour trip because of massive traffic jams and unscheduled stops.
They had reached the Paracale Port the following day around 5 pm and not lucky to get a ride with the boat to Calaguas since the last is at 4 pm.
The driver took them at a nearby beach called ‘Pulang Dagat’ since they were supposed to be at the island during that time.
The driver gave them only two tents instead of four that they paid for and his companion had also a tent.
Paulyn also claimed that the food they got was spoiled but they were able to ride a boat to Calaguas the following morning leaving their belongings in the van.
The family enjoyed the beach for only 6 hours and not 2 days that they had paid for. The driver also chose to remain at the island to be with his family.
David said that they were not able to retrieve their things from the van and had to use another van for home.
They also find difficulties in talking with the travel agency as their calls keep getting canceled.
