Ruffa Gutierrez Meets Pres. Rodrigo Duterte in Cebu
RUFFA GUTIERREZ – Actress and beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez stated what she noticed about President Rodrigo Roa Duterte when they met in person.
One of the celebrities who had the chance to meet the 16th president of the Philippines in person is actress-beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez, the daughter of celebrity couple Eddie Gutierrez and Anabelle Rama.
Based on a report, Ruffa, the Binibining Pilipinas World 1993 even had the chance to take a photo with Pres. Duterte. She shared the photo on social media. However, there are some netizens who took it in a negative way.
On his Twitter account, Ruffa Gutierrez revealed what she noticed about Pres. Rodrigo Duterte when she met him in person at an event in Cebu City.
According to the actress-beauty queen from the Gutierrez clan, the President is “more charming in person”. She stated that lots of people take a photo with him and they only had the chance to exchange pleasantries.
Ruffa Gutierrez also stated in her social media post that she noticed that Pres. Duterte has a good skin and he can really sing. She posted a video of the President singing ‘Ikaw’.

Aside from Pres. Duterte, the mother of two also had the chance to meet former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo again. She has previously met her before way back in 1998 when she was still the Vice President of the country.
