Is Freddie Roach not anymore Manny Pacquiao’s coach on his upcoming match?

One of the persons who play a significant role in the journey of the Filipino boxer in the field of boxing is Freddie Roach, his trainer. It is no secret to the public that Roach has been his trainer on several matches. Based on a report, they have worked together for 17 years.
Manny Pacquiao is currently set for a match with Argentina’s Lucas Matthysse. Many of his fans and supporters are very excited to see him back on the boxing ring again. However, lots of people were alarmed when reports stating that Freddie Roach won’t be his coach in his upcoming match crossed the surface.
Meanwhile, recently, Manny Pacquiao posted a photo of him together with Freddie Roach on his social media account and along with it is a clarification over his decision on his coach for his upcoming match with Lucas Matthysse.
The boxer-turned-politician turned down the statements that he has already decided and Roach won’t be his coach anymore. In his post, he stated that he has not yet made his final decision on who will be his head coach for his match on July.
According to Manny, Mike Koncz, his advisor, is in contact with the people of Roach and the American boxing trainer is going to be the first to know about his final decision. The Filipino boxer stated that he will decide within the week.
