RYAN BANG – Kapamilya comedian from Korea Ryan Bang admitted to having rejected a big offer from Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) network because of this reason.

Bang Hyung-Sun or more popularly known as Ryan Bang in the Philippine is from South Korea but chose to be in the country because of the career he has built after joining the teen edition of the reality show Pinoyh Big Brother.

He is now one of the mainstay hosts in “It’s Showtime”.

And Ryan has an upcoming horror-comedy film together with the actress Kim Chiu, the “DOTGA: Da One That Ghost Away”

Lately, in one of his interviews in line with the movie, he revealed that he has received a huge offer from a network in South Korea.

The Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) network offered him to become a regular host in a variety show.

“‘Yung malaking offer sa akin ng Korea, ‘yung SBS, isang variety show, ‘di ko tinanggap, nagsisi akong kaunti eh,” he shared based on a report from Star Cinema during the grand media launch of the film on April 12.

The actor further added, “Sayang, dapat kinuha ko pala. Pero hindi na ako nagsisi dahil dito sa pelikula [‘DOTGA’], kasi ganito pala ang nangyari, leading man pa ni Kim Chiu kaya sobrang masaya po ako.”

Ryan further admitted that the offer is still there but as of ow, he ciuld not afford to be a regular host in the show. All he could do is just be a guest.

“May offer naman sa akin pero hindi ko muna tinatanggap na regular show, regular host. Guest-guest lang po muna ako ngayon sa Korea,” he said.
