Villar Family Plans To Invest In Gaming, Telco & Infra For Business Expansion
The Villar family is now planning to invest in gaming, telecommunications, and even on infrastructure projects for their business expansion.
Vista Land and Lifescapes President Manuel Paolo Villar said that they are now looking seriously at investing in separate ventures to expand their businesses.
Villar said that their planned investment will not be made through Vista Land anymore as they expect growth.
He said that the Villar family is now looking of engaging in the gaming industry, which he considered as a solid business and good for the country.
The business president has also expressed his interest in involving at telecommunications industry, which he planned to be implemented on a nationwide scale.
“Like gaming, we’re looking seriously at telecommunications. I can’t disclose anything right now. We’re obviously looking at partners to do certain things. The family is looking seriously at getting involved in telco,” Villar said quoted by Manila Bulletin.
He also revealed that the family was also looking at infrastructure projects and expressed openness to airports or power projects, but not interested in toll roads.
