Based on a recent report in Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH), speaking to the press, Direk Cathy admitted that she does not know much about using the social media.

According to her, all she knows is how to ‘like’ a post. She admitted that she thought that her response would only be visible to the person intended for it. She expressed that it was only after many have responded to her post that she realized that it is visible to other netizens.

“Siyempre ang Twitter wala namang tono, just like messages, di ba? Ako talaga I would like to apologize, no? I have no intention whatsoever na i-demean or siraan, bakit ko naman gagawin ‘yun?” she said based on the report.

Direk Dan Villegas has previously broken his silence on the issue and stressed that it has already ended.
