Nene Tamayo finally reveals the real reason behind joining Pinoy Big Brother.

NENE TAMAYO – “Pinoy Big Brother” Season 1 big winner Nene Tamayo finally discloses the truth, for the first time, behind joining the reality show.

“Kumander Nene” or also known as Nene Tamayo is the first-ever big winner of the pilot season of the reality show Pinoy Big Brother.

She was tagged as “Kumander Nene” because of her past military background as an ROTC officer at the University of the East.

After winning the title, she landed a job in the entertainment industry, specifically in the field of broadcasting.

However, her appearance was just short-lived as she became a successful businesswoman.

And in an exclusive interview with the Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (Push), she finally revealed, for the first time, the real reason behind why she joined the said reality show.

Based on the report, she disclosed that what pushed her through to audition is her passion for business.

And luckily, she landed on the top spot and the prizes and sponsored gifts she had received after winning is what she used to be on the field by initially joining bazaars from 2006 to 2011.

However, her fate led her to food business involving Bangus.

Para kahit any time na gusto mo kumain puwede mo iluto.’ Tapos ayun pinag-aralan kong gawin. Mula nun, nagpa-try din ako sa mga friends namin tapos sabi nila, ‘Uy masarap, magluto ka for Christmas giveaways,’ nung 2010 yun,” she said based on the report.

The recipe was originally from the Auntie of her husband but due to so much MSG as part of the original recipe, she experimented with it and ended up with a healthier one.
