Albert Martinez Reveals One Honest Regret In Being An Actor
ALBERT MARTINEZ – Kapamilya actor Albert Martinez revealed his honest regret in being in the field of show business or being an actor.
While many see being an actor or an actress as an ideal job, it is also undeniable that it is the kind of work that requires a lot. Its requirement may involve sacrificing family time for an actor or an actress to be able to fulfill his or her task.
One of those actors who honestly regret sacrificing his time for his family to be able to do his job as an actor is Kapamilya actor Albert Martinez.
Albert is one of the actors who has managed to remain in the showbiz industry until now. He is one of those who has continuous project offers and he is even recently tagged by netizens as the ‘King of Pilot Episodes’ for his appearances on several Kapamilya shows.
Albert Martinez is one of those actors who played the role of an antagonist in ABS-CBN’s action television series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano which is mainly starred by Kapamilya star Coco Martin. He is also a part of the La Luna Sangre, the action-suspense TV series starred by Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.
Albert also appeared on the pilot episodes of the Kapamilya TV series’ The Good Son and Bagani. Many couldn’t help but notice the continuous appearances of the actor in the Kapamilya channel.
Based on a report, the continuous offers of the ABS-CBN rescued him following the death of his wife Liezl Martinez in 2015. The previously mentioned TV series are just a few of the shows wherein Albert Martinez was offered a role.
Based on a recent report in Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH), since he came back to the Philippines to become an actor again, he really became busy with his career.
“Dire-diretso, walang naging patid. And then of course, ang sinacrifice ko yung moments with your kids, moments with your wife,” he said.
Albert Martinez admitted that whenever he would look back, he regrets not spending enough time with his family most especially that his wife is gone now and he cannot anymore do a payback.
“Even if I want to payback, anong ibabayad ko, she’s gone?” he said.
Based on the report, the veteran actor expressed that they have lots of moments that they were not able to spend together because he is at work. According to him, there were lots of graduations of his children that he was not able to attend and he also celebrated several birthdays on the set.
“So, yon yung mga time na pag iniisip mo, parang… ‘Sayang nga pala ‘no, dumaan sa buhay ko yon na hindi ko na-experience,” the actor said.
Albert Martinez is now living with his daughter Alissa. His other daughter, Alyanna, has already settled down and his son Alfonso is with his mother-in-law. He previously revealed that he is ready that the time will come that Alyssa will also build a family of her own.
The actor is now focusing on his career and he is very excited to see his granddaughter with Alyanna.
