Is Alden Richards going to work with Jasmine Curtis-Smith again?
ALDEN RICHARDS – Young Kapuso actor and television host Alden Richards revealed his side on the possibility of working again with actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
Following the open letter controversy, Alden Richards is rumored to be working with a different leading lady in a project. The young actor is half of the on-screen pairing AlDub together with actress Maine Mendoza.
AlDub was founded in GMA-7’s noontime variety show Eat Bulaga wherein Alden and Maine are both part of as TV hosts. Their loveteam was challenged last year after the young Kapuso actress released an open letter stressing that they are just friends based on a report.
Undeniably, many of the fans and supporters of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza are hoping that they will be romantically involved in real-life. Meanwhile, they assured the two celebrities of their continuous and solid support to them.
One of the actresses that were rumored to be the leading lady of Alden Richards in a project is award-winning actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith. Previously, the Siargao actress has already clarified that she has not yet signed a contract with a TV network.
Jasmine also stressed that there is no truth to the rumors that she is going to have a show with Alden. Meanwhile, according to her, she is willing to work with anyone including the Kapuso actor and the decision lies on the network that she will be signing a contract with.
Based on a recent report in Pep, at his endorsement launch which was held in Quezon City, Alden Richards faced questions regarding the rumors that he will be working with Janine Gutierrez and Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
Citing the claims of Abante, the two actresses are rumored to be the new leading ladies of the Kapuso actor. According to Alden, he still has no idea on what would be presented when he comes back from his show abroad.
“Aalis po kasi for the U.S. for April 7-8 for a show. Pagbalik ko, may ilalatag na pero hindi ko pa po alam kung soap o pelikula,” the Kapuso actor expressed.
Based on the report, when asked if he is open to working with Janine Gutierrez, Alden Richards expressed that he is not closing his doors.
“Ako naman, still waiting po ako,” he said.
With regards to possibly working with Jasmine Curtis-Smith, the Kapuso actor is still looking on how things will go.
“Hindi ko pa po sigurado. Tingnan po natin how things will go,” he said.
Based on the report, in case Alden Richards and Jasmine Curtis-Smith will be working together in a future project, it is not the first of the two celebrities to be doing a project together.
The actor has reportedly worked with the actress before in his 2016 film Imagine You and Me with Maine Mendoza.
