Derek Ramsay’s Alabang House Featured in YES! Magazine
DEREK RAMSAY – Actor Derek Ramsay opened his grand property in Alabang, Muntinlupa to the famous YES! magazine.
Derek Ramsay’s brilliance in acting and his hard work has made him acquire wonderful properties. One of it is his house in Palawan which gives him a feeling that he is at the beach.
Based on a report, it has a ‘nice’ kitchen and a dining area that gives a feeling like you are having an outdoor dinner as the stars and the moon are visible. His property has a touch of Asian vibe.
Aside from his house in Palawan, Derek Ramsay was also able to build a house in Alabang, Muntinlupa out of his hard-earned money. He recently opened the doors of his Alabang home to YES! magazine and it’s featured in its March issue.
Based on a recent report, Derek Ramsay shares his Alabang house with his girlfriend Joanne Villablanca. The latter is a single mom commercial model.
The grand house has two floors and four bedrooms. Reportedly, the actor’s bedroom occupies half of the second floor of the house. According to the All of You actor, when he is at home, he usually sets everything in place.
Derek Ramsay is reportedly the one who planned for the design of his Alabang house and he really supervised its construction. He is also the one who designed the room of Sophie, the 10-year-old daughter of his girlfriend.
Based on the report, the actor sees himself settling down with Joanne and it might probably happen in the next three to five years. He is sharing everything with her now and he also loves her daughter.
“Habang tumatanda ka, your time gets shorter, so it would be a complete waste of time to be committed to somebody without looking at your future together,” he expressed.
