Marian Rivera Reveals Reaction If Dingdong Dantes Will Enter Politics
MARIAN RIVERA – Kapuso actress and television host Marian Rivera revealed her side in case her husband, actor Dingdong Dantes, would enter politics.
Two of the prominent actors under the GMA-7 who have already made a name in the entertainment industry are celebrity couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera. They are not just actors but as well as television hosts.
Dingdong and Marian who are collectively called as ‘DongYan’ by their fans and supporters became close to each other when they worked as on-screen partners in the Kapuso hit television series Marimar.
Based on a report, it was in December 2014 when Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera officially tied the knot in a grand wedding. Their wedding is undeniably one of those that left a mark in showbiz history.
Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera now have a lovely daughter nicknamed Zia. Both of them are still active in show business but the actress has previously expressed that she and her husband are really fixing their schedule so one of them gets left behind with their daughter at home when the other has a taping.
Previously, Marian expressed that she is planning to take a break from work for six months. The Kapuso actress did not accept the recent offer of her home network as she will really take a rest and she also hinted wanting to have another baby.
With regards to her husband, Dong will continue working. She expressed that they can’t work together on a project because of their daughter.
Dingdong Dantes is not only active in show business but as well as in community activities. Does he have Marian Rivera’s support in case he will run for a position in the government?
Based on a recent report in Pep, during the press conference of her contract renewal with GMA-7, the Kapuso actress expressed her support to her actor husband in case he will decide to enter politics.
“Dahil alam naman ng lahat, ng bawat isa dito, kung gaano kabuti ang puso ng asawa ko. So, kung ano ang gusto niya sa buhay, susuportahan ko siya 101 percent,” she said.
According to Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes has not spoken anything to her about it yet. Meanwhile, she expressed that she will support her husband in what he wants and she knows that he is a big help.
Based on the report, during his interview with the source in August 2017, Dingdong expressed that he has still no plan in entering politics.
