Taxi Driver Imitating President Duterte’s Voice Turns To Instant Celebrity
The taxi driver imitating the voice of President Rodrigo Duterte becomes an instant celebrity after his video footage goes viral.
Previously, the video footage of a taxi driver identified as Elcias A. Bugsad or known as Mang Elcias goes viral online after imitating the voice of President Duterte.
Mang Elcias is a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) from the Middle East and now working at Transylvania Transport Inc. in Davao City as a taxi driver.

The 8-minute viral video of the taxi driver has been recorded and uploaded by a Facebook user named Rachelle Oyette Dequina who is a passenger of Mr. Bugsad.
The video shows how Mang Elcias imitated the voice and spoke some of the memorable lines of President Duterte.
The media even took the opportunity to have an exclusive interview with Mang Elcias to personally hear him talk like Mr. Duterte.

The reporter and the bystanders can’t help but laugh while the taxi driver was imitating the president.
Some of the netizens even urged the popular GMA show ‘Kapuso Mo Jessica Sojo’ to feature the latter on their program.
Some netizens are also hoping that the President Duterte could personally watch the video of Mang Elcias and invite him to Malacanang Palace.
