Rude PRC Employee Mistreated Licensed Professional Teacher
A licensed professional teacher has filed a complaint against a rude PRC employee in Iloilo for alleged mistreatment to its clients.
A certain teacher filed a complaint with a rude employee of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in Robinson’s Place Iloilo identified as Abraham Beltran.
Beltran allegedly shouted and mistreated a licensed professional teacher who was currently processing documents at the PRC office.
The incident happened last January 11, 2018, when the complainant returned to PRC a day after securing a priority number for the transaction.
The complainant has witnessed a commotion between several clients due to the improper prioritization of client numbers.
The teacher asked the PRC employee regarding the purpose of the priority number because the staff wanted them to fall in line again despite having a number.
Unexpectedly, Beltran intervenes and encouraged the teacher to file against them. The PRC employee also shouted the complainant and told his fellow cashier to bring him out of the office.
After the incident, the cashier did not say something else and just asked the professionals to properly fall in line again for their transactions.
The complaint reached to PRC Director Blesilda Masangkay and will urge the rude PRC employee to face the complaint against him.
However, Beltran explained that there are times that the staff at PRC get stressed due to the huge number of their clients.

what can be said about the actions of Beltran????
many things can be said and would all be justified.
he is, it would appear, a nasty individual who believes that he has the right to be abusive
his excuse for such actions is completely without merit and he should face departmental punishment.
