Director Dan Villegas Expresses Understanding on Director Tonet Jadaone’s Move
DAN VILLEGAS – Film director Dan Villegas reacted to his girlfriend Director Antoinette ‘Tonet’ Jadaone pouring her sentiments on a blog post.
Based on a report, the recent shooting for the film Never Not Love You was packed-up. The said movie is the first movie of actor James Reid and actress Nadine Lustre in 2018.
Never Not Love You is under the direction of director Antoinette ‘Tonet’ Jadaone. Visibly affected by the packing-up of the shoot, Direk Tonet revealed her side through a blog post. She is concerned about her excitement in doing the movie.
Many of the fans and supporters of the loveteam of James Reid and Nadine Lustre, JaDine, have already pleaded to Direk Tonet to push through with the movie.
According to the report, Direk Tonet Jadaone did not reveal the reason why the shoot was canceled. On her Instagram Stories, Nadine Lustre posted a photo of her spine x-ray result. She also revealed that she’s suffering from diarrhea, severe back pain, and fever.
An unknown source reached out to Pep and sent a message containing speculations over James Reid’s alleged absence in the shoot. The young actor allegedly suffered from a hangover so he was not able to get up for the shoot.
Based on a recent report in Inquirer Bandera, Director Dan Villegas, the boyfriend of Direk Tonet, reacted to her move to pour out her side through a blog post. Direk Dan is a co-producer and writer of JaDine’s movie.
According to the filmmaker, he and Tonet have a “diesel factor” in making movies.
“Siyempre ako direktor din, kumbaga nawalan na ng buwelo for whatever reason… Sa first few days mo, kapaan kayo with the staff and actors, tapos darating ‘yung point na magkatinginan na lang kayo ng staff mo alam mo na,“ he said.
Based on the report, Direk Dan Villegas added that it is where the story and the brilliance of the director, staff, and casts come out. According to him, Direk Tonet is a “very emotional person”.
The filmmaker also made an estimate of how many times the shoot was packed-up. According to him, around six or seven times already with different causes. He expressed that they are going to have a meeting with Viva Artists Agency regarding the issue.
