Photos, Video Of Increasing Water Level In Cagayan de Oro As Bagyong Vinta Make A Landfall

Here are the photos and a video footage of the increasing water level in Cagayan de Oro as Bagyong Vinta make a landfall in the province.

Earlier, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that tropical storm Vinta is crossing over Compostela Valley after it was spotted in the vicinity of Laak.

The tropical storm has maximum sustained winds of 90 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 155 kph, moving west at a speed of 20 kph.

PAGASA also said that the weather disturbance is expected to bring from moderate to heavy rains over the Visayas and Mindanao for next few hours.

Recently, the Facebook page “Pinoy Informative News” has uploaded the photos of the current situation in Cagayan de Oro, which is under flood and badly need a rescue operation.

The social media page of “Cagayan de Oro City Philippines” has also shared their live video of how the water level in the river gradually increases, which almost reaching the bridge.
