Elderly Taxi Driver Virgilio Doctor Asks LTFRB To Revoke Interior’s Driver’s License
The elderly taxi driver Virgilio Murillo Doctor was asking LTFRB to revoke the driver’s license of his attacker identified as Cherish Sharmaine Interior.
Over the past few days, the viral video of a road rage incident between an arrogant woman who slapped and humiliated a rude taxi driver spread like a wildfire in the social media.
The social media users lambasted the rude lady for her cruelty towards the helpless driver who suffered a stroke prior to the traffic altercation.
Eventually, Cherish Sharmaine allegedly posted a public apology on her Facebook account and urges the netizens to keep her relatives, friends, and office mates out of the issue.
Virgilio Doctor or known as Mang Boy has already filed formal charges of unjust vexation, slight physical injuries, and malicious mischief against his attacker.
The 52-year-old driver is now asking the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for the revocation of Interior’s driver’s license as she’s not fit to drive a vehicle because of her temper.
The taxi driver said that Cherish did not even consider his age and medical condition. Doctor also said the rude woman hit his taxi using a golf club.
The old man also stated that his request to revoke the license of Cherish Sharmaine was a preemptive measure to make sure that she will no longer be a threat to other motorists.
