LRT-1, MRT-3 Releases Shorter Operating Hour Schedules Over Holidays
Here is the following operating hour schedules of Light Rail Transit 1 (LRT-1) and Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) over the holidays.
Christmas Season is one of the most awaited time of the year, wherein people usually goes back to their home to celebrate those special holidays together with their family, friends, and relatives.
Most of the commuters usually use public utility vehicles including LRT and MRT just to reach their destinations.
However, train passengers usually encounters hassles and problems upon commuting due to the overcrowded train terminals because of the Christmas season.
Some public transport facilities has already released the shorter operating hours for the low turnout of the passengers.
Here is the schedule released by LRT-1 running from Roosevelt in Quezon City to Baclaran in Paranaque:
- December 24 – 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- December 25 – 4:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
- December 30 – 4:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
- December 31 – 4:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- January 1 – 4:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
MRT-3 also released their new operating hours over the holidays:
- December 24 – 4:45 a.m. to 8:26 p.m.
- December 25 – 6:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
- December 30 – 4:45 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
- December 31 – 4:45 a.m. to 8:26 p.m.
- January 1 – 6:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.
