Man Smoking In Front Of No-Smoking Signage Caught On Camera
A certain man was spotted fearlessly smoking in front of a no-smoking signage above him. What can you say about this man?
Smoking is one of the primary cause of death not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
Previously, President Rodrigo Duterte has issued the Executive Order 26, which prohibits smokers from smoking in public places because of its negative effects on the body’s health.
The smoking ban does not allow cigarette users to smoke in pre-schools, elementary schools, high schools, colleges, universities, youth hostels, recreational facilities. Clinics, food preparation areas, public and private hospitals are also covered by the order.
Anyone who will be caught smoking in non-smoking areas would face corresponding sanctions and penalties.
Recently, a Facebook user named Ethanjaice Pamittan has uploaded a short video clip of a man who was fearlessly smoking under a no-smoking signage.

In the video, it can be seen that the man was smoking as if he does not care about anybody and he might not able to see the signage above.
However, the netizens lambasted the smoker for smoking at the non-smoking area. Here are some of the comments:
