Dengvaxia has been one of the most discussed topics of several local news outlets and countless social media pages after the drug maker Sanofi Pasteur announced its negative effects for those who did not have prior dengue infection.
The anti-dengue vaccine was administered to more than 700, 000 public school students under the administration of former President Aquino.
About 10 percent or 70, 000 children vaccinated by Dengvaxia were allegedly at risk for not having a prior dengue infection.

I commend the former President for attending the senate hearing. Di ako makadilaw but it’s a thumbs up for former Pres. Aquino. I hope Sen. Gordon would allow the resource persons to finish what they’re saying instead of butting in repeatedly. Just like what he did when Topacio was reading his message which was in a wrong forum. Out of context and yet Sen. Gordon let him finish. I wanted to listen more to the discussion pero puro sisihan na lang ang nangyayari. Dapat siguro limit the resource persons per hearing at huwag paulit ulit yung mga tanong.
