Pia Wurtzbach reacted on getting the blames for the early exit of Rachel Peters in Miss Universe 2017.
MISS UNIVERSE 2017 – The Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach reacted to issue of being blamed for the early exit of Rachel Peters in Miss Universe 2017.
According to a previous report, the previous Miss Universe titleholder has been reportedly blamed by the netizens for the early exit of the country’s bet Rachel Peters in this year’s Miss Universe.
Pia Wurtzbach was back again at this year’s Miss Universe not as one of the candidates, but this time, one of the judges.
Throughout the competition, Rachel Peters has been one of crowd’s favorite and she even topped the online voting.
However, unfortunately, she failed to do so as her journey ended on the Top 10 finalists for the competition.
A lot of the Filipino supporters of Rachel Peters got dismayed with the results but some has said that being one of the top finalists is already a big achievement.
However, some has blamed Pia as one of the netizens has indicated, “Alam na! Ayaw panalunin ni Pia Wurtzbach si Rachel Peters dahil magkaiba sila ng camp, syempre Aces and Queens si Pia. Alam din niyang Rachel will be doing well sa Q and A, at mananalo ito. So definitely, ayaw lang niya masapawan.”
To which Pia has backfired as she said according to a video obtained from the Instagram account of Miss Universe (@pageantbuzzph), “I was far. I was fair to everyone… not just to Miss Philippines but also to other candidates and I think that’s why they chose me because they knew that I was going to be fair… when it comes to judging or choosing the next Miss Universe.”
