Statement Issued By Liberal Party About The Accusations Linking Their Member To Illegal Drugs
The Liberal Party (LP) has released a statement regarding the accusations linking some of their members to illegal drugs.
The statement was stating that linking Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon and former Secretary Mar Roxas was only a tactic of the administration to escape and cover their lapses.
The Philippines seems stunned when the P6.4 billion worth of illegal substance enters the country through the Bureau of Customs (BOC) despite the strict implementation of Duterte administration on its anti-illegal drug campaign.
LP also cited thousands of families who were living in fear due to the Extrajudicial Killings (EJK) linked to the war on drugs, which took thousands of lives.
The party also accused the current administration of linking their prominent members to illegal drugs attempting to cover their lapses in governance, which needs hard work, truth, and facts.
Liberal Party also stressed out that the current administration was always making them an excuse for their unfulfilled campaigns promises and mistakes. They also that aside from the poor warehouseman, there’s no one else has been jailed for the proliferation of illegal drugs amounting P6.4 billion.
It was also accusing the administration of protecting their colleagues and throwing accusations against their critics.
